What we build / Calls
Call write-ups

Every call, written up before you hang up the next one.

Each recorded call is transcribed, labelled by speaker and summarized, with the follow-ups pulled out. The note lands on the customer's record in your job software, so nobody types up a call again.

Calls page with a call summary, a speaker-labelled transcript and confirmation that the note was saved

Works on top of HouseCall Pro or your operations software.

What it fixes

The complaints it answers.

"I don't know what was promised on the phone."

Every call has a summary and the follow-ups it created, on the customer record.

"Nobody writes notes after calls."

The note writes itself and saves to the record seconds after hang-up.

"Card numbers and gate codes end up in notes."

Sensitive details are redacted before anything is saved.

How it works

In plain words.

  1. Calls recorded by your phone system are picked up automatically, transcribed and labelled by who said what.
  2. A short summary and the follow-ups are written and posted to the customer's record in your job software.
  3. This runs on your own server. If you'd rather not use AI for summaries at all, that part has its own off switch.
